So it’s finally here! Yeezus! Well, I shouldn’t say finally because it was an abrupt announcement but I’m still excited to say the least. I’ve had this album on repeat for 4 days and I love it! It’s a great album! I don’t care what anyone says! Now, it has it’s fault. The 10 (his shortest track list to date) tracks seem a little misdirected. Half the album sounds like heavy industrial anti-establishment raps and the other half sounds like the beginning of another 808s album. I’m okay with that though because even though his albums tend to have an underlying theme, I just love to hear Yeezy rap. So this doesn’t necessarily need one to make me happy. I love his production on this. Him and Rick Rubin made some magic. I hear some of these tracks and I just want to make love and break ribcages (not at the same time). Even with it’s faults Yeezus is damn awesome.

Really excited about this project. El-P and Killer Mike both had 2 of the best releases out of 2012 in my opinion and their three tracks (Banana Clipper, 36” Chain & Get it, have been very dope. Definitely looking forward to this.
