So Josh and I were in Ex-Libris today (our bookstore)

and we needed to get some things.

I particularly needed to get some brushes for inking and some more comic paper to do work on.

So Josh and I get to the huge huge section of over priced brushes where we talked about brushes and the frequency of use and what would warrant purchasing a $20 brush.

Any sequential art professor or any inker worth a damn will tell you that you get what you pay for. So the more you drop down for a brush. The long the brush will last you and as long as you take good good care of it, you don’t have to by another brush for a least a few hundred pages.
